Let me start by saying that in the world of 'online security', time flies. Therefore, in the relatively short amount of time I've been away, things have changed significantly and many of the great sites of old are no longer around. These are the ones still standing and more useful. 2600 - Its 2600. Check your newsstands. Is it still THE periodical for the underground? Free2Code - Nice tutorial site. There are some awesome people 'round there (or at least their used to be). Check out their IRC channel on irc.free2code.net - #tutorials (I think). cDc (Cult of the Dead Cow) - Who doesn't remember Back Orifice? These guys are old-school and awesome, even if they did help make things easy for a generation of skript kiddies everywhere. Sub7 Legends - Oh how I hated Sub7 users... But no matter, I used it plenty when I was getting started. Oh, the joy of logging on to ICQ to check my servers' notifications... This seems to be about the only site about it still around. Where the hell did mobman get to anyway? Hack a Day - Learn how to manipulate nearly anything you encounter. |
